Bakewell House Refurbishment

Bretby Business Park are now well underway with the refurbishment works to the First Floor of Bakewell House, works started on Tuesday 15th May and completion is estimated within 10 weeks.

Bakewell first floor comprises of 6,363sq ft with 38 car parking spaces where a new entrance into Bakewell House first floor will be constructed via a bridge from the adjacent car park area.

The general refurbishment of the first floor offices will be to provide the two open plan office accommodations, either side of the new entrance. Each open plan office will have its own toilet and kitchen facilities.

Specification

All entrance doors will be new upvc double glazed.

Fire escape staircases will be provided with a wheel chair refuge area.

Toilet areas will be decorated throughout

A disabled toilet will be refurbished to current legislation.

New suspended ceiling and with motion controlled lighting thoughout

Heating will be via a conventional radiator system

The building will be fully serviced with electricity, water and gas for heating purposes only.

Our on-site maintenance team can provide you with Bretby Business Parks dedicated system for telephone and broadband facilities as well as assisting with all network infrastructure your company may require.
